Zanskar River: Zanskar River is the main tributary of the Indus River, the Zanskar River has two main branches the Doda River has its source from the Pensi-la-pass (4400mtrs) flows towards Padum Zanskar valley and the Tsarap River has two main tributaries Shingola and Baralacha-la flowing towards Zanskar valley and the Zanskar river takes a north eastern ward through the Zanskar Gorge until joins the Indus River near the Nimo village.

Day 01 : The expedition team would travels 50 kilometers by car till Chilling road and then start trekking point after descend  approximately 100 feet down and the expedition team would reach surface of frozen river of Zanskar and then trekking on the slippery Chadar trek was a overwhelming unique experience for the tourist group. After trekking for 6 kilometers the expedition group would reaches Shingrakongma for night stay at cave camp.

Day 02 : The group start trek from Shingrakongma after having breakfast the group has to encounter its first challenge of negotiating for the broken patch of ice sheet Chadar trek which was deliberately and carefully after trekking a distance approximately 18kilometers on frozen water of Zansakr River would reach the Dipyokma. The camp will be setup a mid of existing natural cave.

Day 03 : The multitude of difficulties and challenges keeps on increasing with the progress of the trek of Chadar trek as the group has to pass through narrow gorge and after having pass 16kms of the trek the group would reaches its next destination Nyrak polu. For night stay.

Day 04 : The group would reaches after trekking 16kms under the good, harsh and temperate weather condition till reach the group to Keelima and then from Keelima proceed to padum or Karsha by taxi.
Way back repeat the same route.
